3. Information Created by Rangechem
Seller App accounts are created and managed by authorized Rangechem administrators through the Rangechem management system.
Staff members may receive login credentials or account access from Rangechem. Staff members do not independently register as sellers through the App.
4. Customer Information
Authorized staff may have access to limited customer information, such as name, delivery address, phone number, and order details, when necessary to process and fulfill customer orders.
Staff must use customer information only for authorized Rangechem business purposes.
5. Location Information
The App may use store or location information to identify the assigned Rangechem store and manage delivery zones.
The App does not continuously track staff location unless required for a specific feature and permitted by the user.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable security measures to protect staff, store, and customer information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.
7. Data Retention and Account Deletion
Staff account information is retained while the account is required for Rangechem operations and as necessary to meet legal or regulatory requirements.
Staff access may be disabled or removed by an authorized Rangechem administrator.
